Hoback Club Jackson Hole

DDRM partners is the development manager for Hoback Club, Jackson Hole. 

Located in the Teton Village near the Four Seasons, it includes 26 residences, 38 lock-offs, and 23 residences all sold with hard deposits.  A high percentage of available square feet was developed into luxurious amenity space.  The space was developed in a private club format with high-profile membership.  The project required member purchase contracts to increase in price to track with the indexed construction cost increases.  The project is being financed by member resident deposits and progress payments without traditional construction financing, and requiring substantially below-market level of additional equity.
